In individual therapy, I work with people experiencing anxiety or depression, relationship concerns, questions of identity, complex trauma, major life transitions, or a sense of disconnection from themselves or their emotions.
Individual therapy offers space to make sense of what you are going through, reduce distress, and develop new ways of responding to the challenges you face. This often involves exploring patterns, relationships, and experiences that may be shaping what feels difficult now, while also drawing on practical strategies when useful. Together, we work toward greater self-understanding and emotional freedom, approaching difficult emotions and experiences with curiosity, honesty, and compassion.
